Our Founder's Journey to Holistic Wellness

Solace Bloom Home was born from the personal transformation of our founder, Dr. Elara Vance. After years in conventional medicine, she experienced burnout and sought a more integrated approach to health. Her journey of reclaiming vitality through functional nutrition, mindfulness, and personalized movement became the blueprint for Solace Bloom Home.

With certifications in Functional Nutrition, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and a Ph.D. in Health Psychology, Dr. Vance synthesized diverse disciplines to create the unique framework Solace Bloom now offers. Boulder, with its emphasis on outdoor living and holistic practices, proved the ideal environment for cultivating this vision.

Recognizing that adults over 35 often face specific challenges—hormonal shifts, career stress, family demands—Dr. Vance designed Solace Bloom Home to address these nuances, creating a supportive community that understands and adapts. Her vision extends beyond individual transformations, aiming to foster a ripple effect of well-being throughout the Boulder community and beyond.
